§1 General provisions

  1. The following document is an appendix to the Terms and Conditions of the flymour.com Online Store. Using the services of the Online Store, the Customer entrusts the Seller with his personal data. This Privacy Policy serves only as an aid to understanding what information and data is collected and for what purpose and for what it is used. Customer’s personal data is important, so you should carefully read the following document, as it defines the rules and ways of processing and protecting the personal data of the store’s customers. This document also defines the rules for the use of cookies.
  2. The administrator of the personal data of customers of the Online Store, within the meaning of the Act of May 10, 2018. on personal data protection, is the Seller, i.e. Kamil Kantor registered in Waksmund ( 34-431) at Na Równi 95 Street, NIP 7352923871, REGON 528923888.   3. The Seller of the Online Store declares that it complies with the principles of protection of the Customer’s personal data and all legal regulations, which are provided by the Law of May 10, 2018. On the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000).
  4. The customer has the right to contact the Seller for comprehensive information on how his personal data is used. The vendor makes a clear effort to inform about the personal data that are collected, how they are used, what purposes they are intended to serve and to whom they are transferred, what protection is provided for such data when transferred to other entities, and provides information about the institutions to contact in case of doubt.
  5. The vendor uses technical data protection measures such as:

– physical protection measures for personal data,

– IT and telecommunications infrastructure hardware measures,

– protection measures within the framework of software tools and databases, as well as organizational measures to ensure adequate protection of the processed personal data, and in particular protect personal data from being accessed by unauthorized third parties, from being obtained by an unauthorized person and used for an unknown purpose, and from accidental or intentional alteration, loss, damage or destruction of such data.

(6) The seller of the online store, under the terms of the Regulations and herein, has exclusive access to the customer’s personal data. Access to the Customer’s personal data may be entrusted to other entities through which the Customer makes payments for purchases in the Online Store, which collect, process and store personal data in accordance with their Terms and Conditions, and entities that are tasked with the delivery of Goods to the Customer. Access to the Customer’s personal data is granted to the above-mentioned entities to the extent necessary and only to the extent necessary to ensure the performance of their services so that the Customer can purchase and receive the Goods and pay for them. https://flymour.com

§2 Privacy rules

  1. The Seller of the Online Store respects the privacy of its customer and guarantees the convenience of using the Online Store.

  2. The seller values the trust placed in it by the customer when entrusting his personal data for the purpose of order processing. The use of personal data shall be done in a fair manner and in such a way that the customer’s trust is not disappointed.

  3. You have the right to be clearly and fully informed about how your personal information is used and for what purposes. The customer is always clearly informed about the data that the Online Store collects, how it is transferred and to whom. The seller provides information on entities to contact in case of doubts, questions, comments.

  4. In case of doubts about the Seller’s use of the Customer’s personal data, immediate action will be taken to clarify and resolve these doubts. The seller will fully and completely answer all questions of the customer.

  5. The Seller shall take all reasonable measures to protect the Customer’s personal data from improper and uncontrolled use and shall safeguard it comprehensively.

  6. The Seller will make every effort to protect the Customer from unauthorized access, unauthorized modification, disclosure and destruction of personal data held by the Online Store, in particular:

    – control the method of collecting, storing and processing information, including physical security measures to protect against unauthorized access to the system,

– Access to personal data is granted only to those employees, contractors and representatives who need to have access to it in order to process it for the purpose of fulfilling an order. In addition, under the terms of the agreement, the listed entities are obliged to maintain strict confidentiality, to allow inspection and verification of how they fulfill their duties, and may face consequences if they fail to fulfill these obligations.

  1. The Vendor complies with all applicable data protection laws and regulations and will cooperate with data protection authorities and authorized law enforcement agencies. In the absence of data protection regulations, the Seller is obliged to act in accordance with generally accepted data protection principles and rules of social intercourse.

    8 The exact way to protect personal data is included in the data protection policy (ODO: security policy, personal data protection regulations, IT system management manual). For security reasons, due to the procedures described in it, it is only available for inspection by state control authorities.

§3 Scope and purpose of collecting Customers' personal data

  1. The Seller processes the necessary personal data of the Customer in order to implement the services available in the Online Store and for accounting purposes and only such:

– in order to place an order on the Online Store,
– For the purpose of concluding a sales contract, complaints and withdrawal from the contract,
– issuance of a VAT invoice or other receipt.

  1. The vendor collects and processes and stores the following user data:
    – name,
    – residential address,
    – address for service (if different from the address of residence),
    – tax identification number (TIN),
    – electronic mail (e-mail) address,
    – telephone number (mobile, landline),
    – date of birth,
    – PESEL,
    – information about the web browser you are using,
    – other personal data voluntarily provided to us.
  1. The Seller declares that the provision of the above personal data by the Customer is completely voluntary, but necessary for the full implementation of services by the Seller.

§4 "cookies" policy

    1. The Seller collects information contained in cookies automatically, in order to collect data related to the Customer’s use of the Online Store. A cookie is a small piece of text that a website sends to a customer’s browser, which the browser sends back the next time the customer visits the site. They are mainly used to maintain sessions, such as by generating and returning a temporary ID after logging in. The vendor uses “session” cookies, stored on the client’s terminal device until the client logs out, shuts down the website or switches off the web browser, and “permanent” cookies, stored on the client’s terminal device for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the client.
    2. Cookies customize and optimize the Online Store and its offerings for the needs of customers through activities such as creating statistics on Online Store page views and ensuring the security of the Online Store. Cookies are also necessary to maintain the Client’s session after leaving the website, they are the ones that allow the Client to return to the contents of the shopping cart without losing its parameters, which would involve selecting the Goods again.
    3. The administrator processes the data contained in the cookies each time the store’s website is visited by visitors for the following purposes:

    – To optimize the use of the pages of the Online Store,

    – Identify Customers currently logged in to the Online Store,

    – adaptation, graphics, selection options and any other content of the Online Store website to the individual preferences of the Customer,

    – remembering completed automatically and manually, posted data from an electronic order form or login data provided by the visitor to the Online Store,

    – Collect and analyze anonymous statistics showing the use of the Online Store website in the administration panel and google analytics,

    – Creating remarketing lists based on information about preferences, behavior, use of interests from the Online Store website and collecting demographic data, and then making these lists available in AdWords and Facebook Ads,

    – remembering all products added to the shopping cart, in order to facilitate the placement of the Order,

    – Create data segments based on demographic information, interests, preferences in the choice of products viewed,

    – use of demographic and interest data in Analytics reports.

    (4) The customer can completely block and delete the collection of files at any time using his browser cookies. Blocking by the Customer the possibility of collecting cookies on his/her device may hinder or prevent the Customer from using some of the functionality of the Online Store, to which the Customer is fully entitled, but in such a situation he/she must be aware of the limitations of the functionality of the Online Store.
